We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is amazing, right next to the beach. We could even see turtles from the beach in front of the hotel. The hotel facilities were great, with a small garden next to the beach where we could relax and enjoy the ocean view. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even helped us with transportation and gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the city. We loved our time here and didn't want to leave!
No negatives from this place.

The value for money at this guest house was great, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, with a private beach right in front and a peaceful ambiance. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
The breakfast offerings could be improved by providing options for early morning activities like the whale watching tour.

Had a lovely budget stay by the beach, enjoying the gorgeous view from our balcony. The owners were really friendly and made us feel at home. Despite the heat at night, we appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Although there were some cockroaches, we attribute it to the hot weather. Just be cautious of sea urchins on the beach. The property is away from the noise, providing a peaceful retreat. I recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly beach getaway.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a guest house in Mirissa. the location was absolutely perfect, situated right next to the famous coconut tree hill and offering stunning views of the beach. It was a peaceful and idyllic spot where I could hear the ocean and even had the opportunity to swim with turtles. the hosts, Praneeth and his wife, were exceptional. They took care of all my needs, from arranging transportation to cooking delicious meals. the rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. One of the highlights of my trip was witnessing baby turtles hatching on the beach right outside the guest house. Praneeth and his son were kind enough to show us how to collect and release them back into the sea. I am already planning to return next year because of the warm hospitality and unforgettable experiences at this guest house. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 👌.

This place is a total game-changer! The location is unreal, right on a secluded beach with turtles galore. Snorkeling is a must, and the shower to rinse off is a refreshing bonus. Access to the beach is just steps away, and the peaceful atmosphere is unbeatable. The breakfast spread is a feast for the eyes and taste buds, with a stunning beach view. The guesthouse itself is a burst of color and style, definitely the best in town without breaking the bank. The wifi works like a charm, and the owners, Praneeth and Nisala, are beyond incredible. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect, helping with transport, recommendations, and even doing our laundry. They're like family now! Plus, Praneeth gave us free rides in his tuk tuk, and Nisala made sure our breakfasts were heavenly. Their patio opens up to the beach, making mornings spent sipping juice with an ocean view an absolute dream. This place gets a 100% recommendation from me!

The location of this place was amazing! It was in a quiet area, away from all the noise and chaos. Plus, it was just a short walk to the beach and the town center. The private garden was a nice touch too, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. And let's not forget about the breakfast, it was absolutely fantastic. I loved starting my day with a delicious meal.
There were a couple of things that bothered me. First, the rooms got really hot and there was only a fan to cool things down.

The guest house is located in a quiet area, away from the main hustle and bustle of the city, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. It is situated right next to the beach, giving guests easy access to the sand and waves. There are nice sitting areas in the central garden, where one can enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean.
Some guests mentioned a bit of road noise due to the proximity of the room to the street.

This place is absolutely incredible! The location is mind-blowing, right on the beach with a small cove perfect for swimming. We were lucky enough to see turtles up close while snorkeling. The shower at the beach entrance was a super convenient way to rinse off. The guesthouse has direct access to a quiet beach and offers a lovely breakfast with a stunning view. The decor is vibrant and the best in the area at a very reasonable price. The wifi worked perfectly fine, allowing us to stay connected. The value for money here is jaw-dropping! We had an amazing experience with the accommodating staff who even cooked us a delicious curry with fresh fish and arranged a tuk-tuk for our onward travel. Our host was incredibly helpful, taking us around in a tuk-tuk and sharing interesting stories about the place and its people. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. Thank you Praneeth!

Loved the constant sound of waves from my clean room. The owner's wife was friendly. Breakfast was okay? Coconut pancakes, a real delicacy.
Nothing much to do here, unless you enjoy being ignored by everyone else.

The private beach area was an absolute paradise. While basking in the sun, I felt like I was in my own little bubble, completely cut off from the rest of the world. It was as if time stood still, and the worries of everyday life washed away with each gentle wave. Heavenly!
Street noise at night.
